Welcome Dr. Stefanie Leonor!
Third Street Dental is excited to welcome Dr. Stefanie Leonor. She will be working part-time at our North Vancouver Dental office starting at the end of May. She was born and raised in Vancouver, and did her undergraduate education at the Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Sydney in Australia.
In her time abroad, she has gained valuable experience in rural clinics and public dental hospitals working in various departments including Emergency Care, Pediatrics, Oral Surgery, Radiology, and Special Needs. While she enjoyed her time in the sun and by the beaches, she was excited to return to beautiful British Columbia and has spent the last several years practicing in the Tri-Cities area.
Dr. Stefanie Leonor strives to build strong relationships with her patients through trust and good communication. Her caring demeanor and patience allows even the youngest or most anxious patients to feel at ease under her care. She makes every effort to ensure patients feel well informed on their oral health and are given all treatment options available. Dr. Leonor is committed to providing high quality and patient-focused dentistry.
Dr. Leonor is dedicated to offering her patients excellent dental care. She regularly attends continuing education courses, conferences and study clubs to keep up-to-date on the latest advances in dental materials, techniques and technology. She is an Invisalign provider and a member of the Academy of General Dentistry as well as the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
In her spare time, Dr. Leonor enjoys spending time with her two favourite companions, her husband and her dog. Together, they enjoy hiking and exploring many of the beautiful sights in British Columbia.
